• All rates quoted in Thai Baht and based on occupancy maximum 6 persons
• Children below 7 years are free, Extra person or extra bed is available for 1000 THB per
night
• Monthly rates are exclude utility charging such as was, electricity and telephone bills

• Monthly rates include
- Garden service
- Pool attendant
- Housekeeping service 2 times a week
• Breakfast at the villa available for 300 THB per set
• Shuttle bus to Bangtao beach, Layan Beach, Laguna area, Tesco Lotus supermarket and
local restaraunts around hotel


Terms of Payment:

• Reservations is confirmed when we get 50% deposit
• The balance has to be paid 30 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation – 30 days prior to arrival – 50% charged
• No show charge 100% from the deposit
