The pinnacle is 367 meters, which is the tallest building in Thailand and one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. The highest rooms will be at 327 meters.

2. Who is the developer?
Ocean 1 Tower is being developed by Siam Best Enterprises Co. Ltd., the leading residential property developer on the Eastern Seaboard. This company has been well established and has total projects to date worth more than 2 billion baht. The company employs over 330 people directly, with another 300 employed through consultancy or supplier companies. Renowned projects already completed include View Talay Villas, Pattaya's most prestigious residential estate and resort, View Talay Residences, a complex of six boutique luxury condominium building: # 1,2,3,4,5,6 - six condos all well developed and sold !

The architect is Woods Bagot, an international firm, and the builder is K Tech Construction, one of the largest and best known and trusted construction companies.
