Booking Terms & Conditions :
Payment procedure :
-50% deposite upon reservation
- The difference to be transferred 2 days prior client's check in date
- All transaction must be in Thai Baht

Payment terms :
- All major credit cards are accepted - a form will be sent for card owners details accourding to the Banks requirements
-Bank transfer-details will be supplied on the day of reservation (if appropriate)

Refund policy :
- No penalty charges if booking cancellation is done before 21 days except for administrative banking charges, no more than 2,000.- Baht
-25 % of booking rate if booking cancellation is less than 21 days
-No refund on reservation if booking cancellation is less than 14 days

Extras :
The guest will be required to all extra/miscellaneous charges incurred for services incurred e.g. telephones (overseas) , transportation, personal laundry, tours and excursions or any other service not included in the room rate before departure.
