Concept & Design:

Mom Tri’s Villas Grand Cru is a new development by Mom Luang Tri Devakul, better known simply as Mom Tri. He has been a pioneer in the development of Phuket including Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort, Le Royal Meridien Phuket Yacht Club, Mom Tri’s Boathouse, Mom Tri Baan Kata Villas, Mom Tri’s Villa Royale and Trisara Hotel & Resort.
The project is comprised of 17 individual villas (phase 1). The villas have been designed as a residential retreat that will blend in with the surrounding environment. Each villa is 520 sq m, has three bedrooms, a private lap pool with sun patio and spacious terraces on all three floors.

The Legal Package:
