Conditions for bookings
Deposit of 20% must be made to hold long term bookings (50% for High Season)
50% of total must be paid 2 weeks before arrival date
100% of booking must be paid on arrival
Credit cards are charged a 3% surcharge
20% discount will be given to daily rate for bookings over 2 weeks
If booked for over 2 weeks and then cancel to under 2 weeks discount will be removed and normal
rate will be charged.
